Christian Behrens is a designer and developer who specializes in interactive media.

Christian Behrens studied Digital Media in Bremen and Montreal and received a Master of Arts degree from the Interface Design Program at Potsdam University of Applied Sciences. During his Master studies, he spezialized in Information Design and Data Visualization.

He gained full-time, part-time and freelance work experience over the last eight years in fields as diverse as concept development, Information Architecture, screen layout, prototyping, user testing and Flash development.

Christian currently lives in Berlin, where he works as a freelance interface designer and ActionScript 3.0 developer. He also teaches Digital Media Production and Information Design at the Faculty of Design at Potsdam University of Applied Sciences.

His work is not about drawing beautiful pictures, nor is it about hacking crazy code. It’s about using visual design methods and latest digital technology alike in order to make websites accessible, computers fun to use and complex matters easy to understand.
